DATA CONTROLLER APPLICATION FORM
- General Information
Under Article 11 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (‘‘KVKK’’) Under Article 11 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (‘‘KVKK’’), everyone has the right to apply to BeTuMar Endüstriyel Deniz Ürünleri Danışmanlığı İthalat ve İhracat A.Ş. (“BTMavrasya”), in its capacity as data controller, regarding the following matters:
- To learn whether personal data has been processed,
- To request information regarding the processing of personal data,
- To learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether it is being used in accordance with that purpose,
- To know the third parties to whom personal data has been transferred within or outside the country,
- To request the correction of personal data if it has been processed incompletely or incorrectly,
- In accordance with Article 7 of Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data, requesting the deletion or destruction of personal data, ex officio or upon the request of the relevant person, under the conditions stipulated, if the reasons requiring the processing of personal data no longer exist, even though they have been processed in accordance with this Law and other relevant laws
- To request that the third parties to whom the personal data has been transferred be notified of the actions taken in accordance with subparagraphs (e) and (f)
- Object to the analysis of processed data exclusively through automated systems resulting in a decision adverse to the individual.
- To request compensation for damages suffered as a result of the unlawful processing of personal data.
- Processing of Personal Data Related to the Application
Personal data (Name, Surname, Turkish ID Number, Telephone Number, Email Address, Address, Signature) is processed in a limited and related manner for the purpose of identifying the applicant and managing the application via the Data Controller Application Form. Where necessary, the personal data in question may be shared only with the relevant units/persons and institutions/organisations authorised by law, depending on the nature of the application request.
