The purpose of this Policy is to ensure that personal data processed by Betumar Endüstriyel Deniz Ürünleri Danışmanlık İthalat Ve İhracat Anonim Şirketi (“BTMavrasya”, “Company”) to ensure that personal data processed by the Company is processed, protected and stored in accordance with the KVKK and relevant legislation.

This policy covers all information assets within the Company and its group companies and must be applied by all employees, suppliers, and contractors.

• Reducing information security risks by conducting risk assessment and risk monitoring activities related to information assets,

• Increasing the awareness and consciousness levels of employees regarding information security,

• Ensuring that all business activities continue with minimal disruption,

• To carry out all our activities and sustainable growth in accordance with the Personal Data Protection and Processing Policy,

• Complying with all legal requirements and other obligations related to the Protection and Processing of Personal Data, and continuously improving the Protection and Processing of Personal Data System,

We have adopted this as our Personal Data Protection and Processing Policy.

With our Personal Data Protection and Processing Policy, we ensure that all units within our organisation act in accordance with the Personal Data Protection and Processing Standard, as well as to act in accordance with the conditions arising from/that may arise from laws and contracts, to regularly review the defined objectives and targets, to create the necessary resources to achieve these objectives and targets, and to support continuous improvement and development in the field of Personal Data Protection and Processing, thereby aiming to increase the awareness of all employees regarding all innovations, changes and developments within this system.
