Quality Policy
BETUMAR A.Ş. aims to offer products and services that its customers and end users can use with confidence in the design, ship adaptation, domestic manufacturing, system integration and testing, spare parts supply, and after-sales technical services of marine main and auxiliary machinery and their components and parts; and to be a reliable, competitive and innovative organization that produces domestic solutions in the maritime and defense sectors.
All of our units;
- Focus on customers and superior performance,
- Carry out their activities in compliance with customer requirements, classification society rules, national and international standards, and legal regulations,
- Regularly monitor the satisfaction of all relevant parties, primarily our customers and employees,

- To fully meet customer contracts, technical specifications, classification society rules, engine manufacturers’ requirements, and applicable legal regulations,
- To prepare our products from design to delivery through planned, traceable and verified processes; to do the job right the first time, with quality and on time,
- To build trust-based, long-term collaborations with our domestic suppliers in the localization of engine equipment and to contribute to the development of domestic industry,
- To establish a quality culture, with an open, fair, transparent, accountable and ethical management approach, in which quality is the responsibility of all our employees and errors are openly reported,

- To protect the confidentiality of information belonging to our customers and end users,
